To ensure customer satisfaction, we allow you to return your purchase within 7 days upon receipt for local customers.
- Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). Exchanges for articles that do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
- There may be a +/- 1inch difference in our given measurements. Please allow a 20% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered a defect.
- For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece, and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
- Do note that customers will have to bear the costs of the return shipment. All return parcels are required to be posted by registered mail.
- We do not accept returns for any sale merchandise, accessories, and combo items. Please include your order invoice in the parcel you return.
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty. No refunds are allowed for any returned item.
- Refund will be made in the form of a store credit if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchange and to be offset on your next purchase. Kindly take note that the store credit is strictly non-refundable.
